Vathi is located 15 km away from Pothia and almost halfway of the roundtrip  of  the island if you start from Panormos to Pothia or from Panormos to  Arginonta. Located at the end of a fjord with  taverns for fresh seafood and local delicacies. In Vathi produced  the vegetables for the island and several citrus.
